URS to Complete VIP Bell 407

Dallas-based DS Aviation has chosen United Rotorcraft Solutions (URS) to install a VIP package on a Bell 407. The corporate helicopter will arrive at the URS facility in Decatur, Texas by the end of 2009. Equipment will include Garmin GPS/Nav/Comm, transponder, blind encoder, audio system and airframe upgrades. URS expects the completion project to take around six weeks.
