Textron CEO: Uptick in Bell R&D

Scott Donnelly, CEO of Bell Helicopter parent Textron Inc., said that the company will increase spending on research for Bell by around 50 percent over the next two to three years. He told Bloomberg that new models and updated existing aircraft types may arrive as soon as 2012.
