Surveying Helicopter Crashes

A helicopter being used for aerial surveying crashed in southwestern Pennsylvania on Wednesday, killing the pilot, according to state police. The identity of the man was not immediately released, although reports indicate the Las Vegas man was working for an Oregon-based company. Police told the Associated Press that the man was dropping a basket of supplies when the helicopter crashed.
