Simmonds to Supply Black Hawk Actuators

Vergennes, Vt.-based Simmonds Precision Products, a subsidiary of Goodrich, has received a contract to provide electro-mechanical actuators for U.S. Army Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawks. Actuator orders will set the work locations for the $32.7-million order. The Army is projecting a December 2016 completion date for the contract.
