Regulators Approve DART Baggage Kit

DART Aerospace has obtained FAA, Transport Canada and EASA approval for its baggage compartment protector kit for various medium-size Bell helicopters. The kit comprises seven components that are installed in the baggage compartment using potted inserts. Bill Beckett, general manager of DART Aerospace, notes that the baggage compartment kit, along with the company’s aft cabin wall protectors and cabin floor protectors, are low-cost alternatives “that will help avoid high-cost repairs.”
