Night Flight Concepts, Gladstone Partner

Ottawa, Ontario-based Gladstone Aerospace (GAC) has established a strategic business alliance with Night Flight Concepts (NFC). The purpose of the partnership is to “leverage each [other’s] respective know-how, experience and resources,” in the aerospace, defense and security (ADS) markets. NFC, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., will work with Gladstone on various joint programs, including night vision training and maintenance support, and help expand the Canadian company’s reach in the U.S. Conversely, Gladstone will help NFC increase its presence in Canada’s ADS markets. The two companies plan to collaborate on international markets as well.
