The U.S. Army has granted a follow-on performance-based logistics (PBL) contract to
Lockheed Martin for the target acquisition designation sight/pilot night vision sensor (TADS/PNVS) and modernized TADS/PNVS systems on the
AH-64 Apache. Worth up to $89 million this year, the PBL agreement includes repairs, maintenance, modifications, supply chain management, spares planning, procurement and inventory management. The Army first awarded the PBL contract to Lockheed Martin in 2007, and renewed it in 2008 as well.
