Japan’s NPA Picks Sikorsky S-92

Sikorsky Aircraft has received a contract to supply an S-92 to the National Police Agency (NPA) of Japan. The helicopter will be used for search and rescue (SAR) and special-mission ops in the country. NPA, which has employed Sikorsky helicopters since 1996, also operates two S-76Bs for SAR, transportation, utility work and other special needs.
