Denmark’s Helicopter Usage Doubles

Recent figures from Denmark’s Civil Aviation Administration (CAA) show that the number of registered helicopters in the country this year stands at 122, up from 57 in 2005. “It has been popular to own your own helicopter,” during the four-year period, notes CAA’s Thorbjørn Ancker. “We’re also seeing a trend in companies buying helicopters to transport their management quickly around the country.”
