Bond Begins Perenco Offshore Support Contract
Offshore helicopter support has started for Perenco Oil and Gas under a £37-million (approximately $47-million) contract with Bond Offshore Helicopters in the UK. The agreement, finalized in November 2012, covers crew change flights to Perenco’s operations in the southern North Sea using a Bond AgustaWestland AW139 from a base at Humberside Airport. The three-year deal also includes an option to renew. Bond anticipates creating up to 15 new posts at Humberside related to the contract.
