Allied Bearings Supply Sold to Kaman

Kaman Industrial Technologies (KIT) has reached an agreement to acquire Tulsa, Okla.-based Allied Bearings Supply Co. The Kaman Corp. division will integrate Allied Bearings into its industrial distribution segment. The two parties expect to finalize the deal on April 5.
