U.K. Air Ambulance Service to Increase

Air ambulance services will increase in the area that covers Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, England. The West Midlands Ambulance Service will introduce the changes. The air ambulance service was given the go-ahead to increase flying hours and the skills of the staff who fly them. Money invested would increase flying hours from 10 - 16 hrs a day in Cosford and 10 - 12 hrs a day in Strensham. Plans to train paramedics and critical care practitioners are also in the works and would permit the air ambulance paramedics to deal with many more injuries. For related news
