SAS Patents Fleet Management Software

Sikorsky Aerospace Services (SAS) has received a patent for its integrated support system (ISS) for aircraft fleet management. ISS combines onboard diagnostics and usage data with troubleshooting and service information. The system also provides an aircraft’s real-time status and detects worn components while delivering specific maintenance information to ground crews. Sikorsky is developing an ISS platform for the CH-53K and S70i, with additional aircraft anticipated in the future.
