Navy Picks Concorde Battery for CH-53K

Concorde Battery Corp. has been selected by the U. S. Navy to provide an advanced prototype lithium-ion battery for the new CH-53K heavy-lift helicopter. The lithium-ion battery for the CH-53K is part of an innovative integrated design with the control software and electronics of the aircraft system.
