Canada Convenes Inquiry Board for Cormorant Crash

The Canadian air force has assembled a board of inquiry to investigate last month's crash of a Cormorant off the coast of Nova Scotia that killed three crewmembers. The investigation is to take a broad look at what happened July 13 when the relatively new helicopter went down suddenly as it was conducting hoist exercises. The probe is to work in tandem with a flight safety investigation formed immediately after the accident that is drafting a preliminary report on the incident. More
