LaBarge Obtains Black Hawk Harness Contract

Sikorsky has granted a $2.4-million contract to LaBarge Inc. to continue making wiring harnesses for the UH-60L Black Hawk. LaBarge has been involved with the Black Hawk program since 2005, and recently won a separate $1.8-million agreement to supply electronic assemblies for the helicopter’s inlet barrier filtration system. LaBarge will install the wiring harnesses through September 2011 at its facility in Joplin, Mo.
