13-Year-Old Charged With Lasing Police Helo

A 13-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with pointing a laser at a Phoenix Police Dept. helicopter. The aircrew reported the laser hit about 6:30 p.m. Nov. 26. They directed officers on the ground to the house from which they believed the laser originated. Those officers reportedly found the boy with a laser. He faces juvenile charges of reckless endangerment. Police said he is believed to be responsible for pointing the laser at numerous aircraft within the past two weeks. For related news
