Bell Freezes 429 Exterior Design

Bell Helicopter has frozen the exterior design for its new Model 429. According to Bell's marketing and sales senior vice president, Bob Fitzpatrick, the design "meets the aesthetic and in-flight handling specifications we set long ago" for the light, twin-engined helicopter. Bell is aiming to gain certification and begin delivery of the new aircraft by late next year. For related news
