Bell Adds McTurbine to Service Group

Bell Helicopter has added McTurbine, Inc., to its customer support and service group through the marriage of parents. Bell parent Textron, Inc. last year completed the acquisition of United Industrial Corp., which owns McTurbine and unmanned aircraft maker AAI Corp. The integration of McTurbine will add engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul to its existing support and service capabilities. Based in Corpus Christi, Texas, McTurbine has about 100 employees and is a Honeywell-authorized service center for both T-53s and T-55s. For related news
