Bell 407 Maintenance Costs Drop

Fort Worth, Texas-based Bell Helicopter has taken 14 life-limited parts out of the 407’s maintenance manual. The move, along with modifications to the on-condition portion of the document, aims to reduce direct operating costs by more than 12 percent per flight hour, according to Bell. The changes relate to Chapter 4 of the manual.
