Australia Goes with Sikorsky Helitech
Sikorsky Helitech, a Sikorsky Aircraft Australia company, has obtained a contract from the Austrailian Defence Force (ADF) involving a four-year agreement for S-70A Black Hawk and S-70B Seahawk logistics and engineering support. The $120-million deal has six annual options to renew and is a follow-on to an existing eight-year contract that is expiring soon. Sikorsky Helitech’s Brisbane, Australia facility will also oversee acquisition of replacement parts, field and technical support, and publication updates.
