Sweden Purchases 15 Black Hawks

Sikorsky Aircraft has received an order for 15 UH-60Ms from the Swedish Defense Materiel Administration. The agreement, reached under the U.S. government’s foreign military sales program, calls for handover of the first of six helicopters later this year, with the remainder in 2012. The helicopters will serve in EMS, utility and search and rescue roles.
