NTSB: Modify Fuel Lever
Noting a 2008 crash in Alaska that killed four people, NTSB is recommending that its European counterpart require Eurocopter to move a floor-mounted fuel lever believed to have caused the crash. One person survived the April 15, 2008 crash of the Era Helicopters-operated AS350B2 near Chickaloon.
