Minnesota and Wisconsin Consider Sharing Helos
Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle are discussing a variety of ways to cut costs through the sharing of several state-supplied services. One of the services being considered is sharing Minnesota’s deer surveying helicopters. Both governors have their top aides looking into the prospect. Wisconsin is currently facing a June 2011 budget deficit of $5.4 billion. Minnesota’s is slightly less at $4.8 billion. For related news
