Fourth EC225 Lands in China
China’s Ministry of Transport (MoT) has received its fourth Eurocopter EC225. The delivery completes the contract extension the MoT signed in 2009 after the first two Chinese EC225s were a vital part of search and rescue missions following the 2008 Sichuan earthquake. The Rescue and Salvage Bureau will use the helicopters for offshore SAR missions.
