EASA Grants BLR Bell 212 Approval
The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has issued a supplemental type certificate (STC) to BLR Aerospace for installation of its FastFin tail rotor enhancement and stability system on the Bell 212. The company has already sold a FastFin system to mountain rescue and utility operator, Heli Austria. BLR expects EASA certification for the FastFin on the Bell 204, 205 and 412 to follow.
