Army Awards Blade Mx Contract to Boeing

Boeing has received a $6.8-million contract from the U.S. Army to overhaul and support CH-47 Chinook rotor blades with the U.S. Army. Boeing’s Ridley Park, Pa. facility will perform the work, which covers both the after and forward blades. The overhaul project has a completion date of January 2014.
