Sikorsky Wins UAE Armed Forces Contract

The U.S Army has awarded Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. an $81.2-million firm-fixed-price contract to convert UH-60M Black Hawks for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Armed Forces. Sikorsky’s facility in Stratford, Conn. will handle the conversions, which the company expects to complete by December 2012.
