Columbia Constructing T55 Test Cell

Columbia Helicopters has broken ground on a new T55-714 engine test cell at its maintenance facility in Aurora, Ore. The test cell will give Columbia the ability to conduct T55 overhauls, in addition to a number of other maintenance services for the Model 234 Chinook, a civilian version of the CH-47.
