Gulf Coast Avionics to Upgrade DEA Aircraft
Gulf Coast Avionics Corporation has been awarded a contract from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to provide new-generation avionics upgrades for select piston aircraft and turbine helicopters operating in the Agency’s fleet. The contract covers the installation of Garmin EFIS and touchscreen avionics along with other tactical communications and situational awareness systems.
