$550 Million Goes to Sikorsky for U.S. Navy MH-60 Modifications

The U.S. Army Contracting Command has issued a $549.9-million modification for years four and five of an existing contract with Sikorsky Aircraft involving support for U.S. Navy helicopters.

The agreement covers 18 MH-60S and 19 MH-60R helicopters and related support for engineering, program management, provisioning, technical publications, logistics and systems engineering. Work will take place through December 2015 at Sikorsky’s plant in Stratford, Conn. A total of $230 million of the contract award comes from FY2014 funding.
