Army UH-72As Log 40,000 Hours
The U.S. Army and Air National Guard fleet of EADS North America UH-72A Lakotas has topped the 40,000-flight-hour mark. The light utility helicopter (LUH) is produced at American Eurocopter’s facility in Columbus, Miss. EADS North America has delivered 133 Army/Air National Guard UH-72As through late October, as well as five to the U.S. Navy.
