SAS Extends Colombian Maintenance Contract
Sikorsky Aerospace Services (SAS) has increased its in-country maintenance support contract involving the Colombian Army’s fleet of Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawks. SAS plans to double its support team, including additional technicians for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. The 42 technicians will oversee phase maintenance inspections and 120-hour inspections out of the Tolemaida Aviation Maintenance Base.
