Hueys Get a Gold Watch
After nearly 30 years of California National Guard service, the last UH-1 Huey flew from Sacramento on its final National Guard flight; it will be turned over to the U.S. Army's Material Command. The aircraft were replaced with the UH-60 Black Hawks because of the Black Hawks two engines, a greater lode capacity, and strong operation at high altitudes. For related news
