Sikorsky Aircraft has promoted Carey Bond to president of its Global Helicopters subsidiary. He was formerly vice president and chief marketing officer. Bond will keep the CMO title and report to Sikorsky President Jeffrey Pino.

Philippe Beny is the new vice president of supply chain-purchases and information systems for Safran Group company Turbomeca. He replaces Pierre-Yves Morvan, who became deputy managing director of Microturbo in August. Beny was previously vice president of Structures CEI, also a Safran division.

Lynnwood, Wash.-based Crane Aerospace & Electronics has hired Kaveh Shamloo as vice president of quality assurance for its Aerospace group. He will oversee the quality management systems for company sites in Elyria, Ohio, Lynn- wood and Burbank, Calif. Shamloo joins Crane Aerospace from Molex, where he was quality assurance director.

Former Air Force One chief pilot Col. Mark Tillman is the newest member of Jet Support Services Inc. (JSSI) board of directors. Tillman has served as the commander of the Presidential Airlift Group and chief pilot for the U.S. president over the past eight years.





Scott Taylor is the new senior vice president of business aviation for Tempe, Ariz.-based StandardAero. He was most recently general manager for business and regional aviation marketing for General Electric Aviation.
