Pentagon: Weather to Blame in Black Hawk Downing

The service members were part of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF). According to Pentagon spokesman Navy Capt. John Kirby, there was no enemy fire reported in the area where the Black Hawk went down and that the investigation would “look at all factors, but right now it appears that weather was the principal cause.”
