Apaches Conclude Successful Talon Testing

Raytheon has wrapped up testing of its Talon laser-guided rocket system using Boeing AH-64D Apache Longbows. The Apaches made seven direct hits during testing, firing from both hovering and moving platforms and with long (3.7-mile) and short (.74-mile) range targets.
