Maintenance Course Focuses on SMS

HAI is hosting an inspection authorization renewal course on Tuesday, Feb. 14 from 8 a.m. to noon.
“Why SMS in Maintenance” will feature Richard Komarniski, president of Grey Owl Aviation Consultants, giving a presentation and taking questions.


Grey Owl is a human factors training provider based in Onanole, Canada. Komarniski, who holds Canadian and U.S. pilot and aircraft maintenance engineering licenses, has experience serving as a director of quality assurance, base engineer and airworthiness inspector.
