Helicopter Seychelles Resumes Operations
The Civil Aviation Authority of Seychelles, an island in the Indian Ocean east of Africa, has granted an air operator certificate (AOC) to Helicopter Seychelles, allowing the tourism operator to restart commercial helicopter flights. Helicopter Seychelles uses a fleet of AgustaWestland A109Cs and Bell B206 JetRangers and for tourism, also providing medical evacuation flights. The company says it stopped provide commercial service temporarily in order to upgrade its facilities and aircraft.
