X3 Gears Up for U.S. Summer Tour
Eurocopter is bringing its X3 (X-cube) hybrid helicopter demonstrator to the U.S. starting in June. The first stop on the summer tour will be American Eurocopter headquarters in Grand Prairie, Texas on June 20. Eurocopter is targeting various commercial sectors with the X3, including law enforcement and EMS, military operators such as the U.S. Army, Coast Guard and Navy, and agencies such as Customs and Border Protection, Drug Enforcement Agency and FBI.
