AW Hosts Oil & Gas Seminar in Asia

The manufacturer said more than 80 delegates attended the Oil & Gas Industry Seminar in Singapore last week, the first it has held. The focus of the event was on oil and gas support helicopter operations in Asia and Australasia. Delegates attended from a number of service providers and operators, such as Heli-One and Era Helicopters and several regional operators, AW said. Briefings were presented by aviation experts, operators, regulatory authorities and oil companies on offshore operational safety, regulation and future challenges facing the offshore support segment.
