Does the RTCA Fall Symposium offer government/military discounts?
Yes! Active military and federal, state and local government employees qualify for the government/military discounted rate of $195 if you pre-register and $255 onsite at the event. To obtain the military and government rate, simply select the option during the online registration process and please remember to bring your valid military or government ID to the event. Contractors do not qualify for government/military discounts.
What is the dress code?
Business formal is encouraged for all events at the RTCA Fall Symposium. Military personnel are encouraged to wear duty uniform.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?
Yes, the RTCA Fall Symposium accepts registration substitutions. Please send substitution requests in writing to RTCA Fall Symposium, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or jwalsh@accessintel.com.
How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline is July 30, 2010. Cancellations must be made in writing by July 30, 2010 to receive a refund, minus a $150 cancellation processing fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to July 30, 2010 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients. All refund requests are processed after the event. Please send cancellation requests in writing to RTCA Fall Symposium, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or jwalsh@accessintel.com.
