David Knorr
FAA/ATO Liaison to DFS

Dave Knorr has worked for the FAA for nearly 20 years. He is currently working for ATO International as Liaison to DFS (German ATC). He also has leadership roles in CANSO workgroups focused on Operational Performance Measurement and the Environment. While in Europe he has co-authored several papers comparing US and Europe ATM performance. Previously Dave was a manager in the FAA/ATO's Strategy and Performance organization and has worked closely with RTCA through support to the ATMAC and the Free Flight Steering Committee. Dave has a BS in Mathematics and a Masters in Engineering Administration, both from Virginia Tech.
