Rosser Appointed To Lead Air Charter Safety Foundation
The Air Charter Safety Foundation last week announced the hiring of Jacqueline E. Rosser as its new executive director. She succeeds Lindsey McFarren, who recently left for a position with the Transportation Security Administration.
Rosser, a graduate of Southern Illinois University, has been with the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) since 1997. Rosser will continue in her capacity at NATA as director of regulatory affairs, responsible for a wide array of regulatory issues affecting Part 135 on-demand charter issues, and will maintain her role as staff liaison for the NATA Air Charter Committee.
Rosser’s appointment to the executive director position recognizes her outstanding work in representing the Part 135 community on a variety of safety and security issues affecting the charter industry.
“Jacque is without question one of the premier experts on safety issues affecting the Part 135 on-demand air charter industry,” stated James K. Coyne, president of the Air Charter Safety Foundation, which was created by the National Air Transportation Association for which also serves as president. “Our members and those within the federal government with responsibility over aviation safety issues truly value Jacque’s experience and expertise on all matters relating to charter safety.”
