Northstar to Create 70 Jobs in North America

Northstar Aerospace, Inc. will create approximately 70 new jobs at its Anderson, Indiana, Chicago, Illinois and Windsor, Ontario sites to ramp up production of gears, components and spare parts for the CH-47 Chinook helicopter and Rolls-Royce programs. The company will add approximately 10 machinists to increase the number of employees to more than 60 employees at its Anderson facility which opened in 2006. The Chicago site will add approximately 40 employees for CNC machining, ID/OD grinding, shaping, hobbing and inspection as well as support staff for its heat treat, plating and assembly departments. The company's Windsor site will add approximately 20 machinists and support staff.
