In addition to its Eclipse aircraft management program, jetAVIVA launched a new training program for the very light jet recently. Its Jet Familiarization Training (JFT) program offers basic, intermediate and advanced training that range from 10.5 hours to 45 hours, including general aircraft familiarization, glass cockpit basic attitude instrument flying, high-altitude normal and emergency procedures, precision/non-precision approaches, take offs/landings, emergency procedures Line Oriented Flight Training (LOFT), max range trips and night operations. JFT flight operations will be conducted out of jetAVIVA's headquarters located in Southern California. jetAVIVA was founded by a group of former Eclipse Aviation engineers, pilots, product specialists and salespeople to help very light jet owners with aircraft operations. Headquartered in Southern California with offices in Van Nuys, CA and Albuquerque, N.M., it also manages the aircraft pre-delivery and acceptance service, pilot service, jet familiarization training, cost off-setting revenue, aircraft trade-in service, maintenance management, budgeting and accounting, scheduling and dispatch, and coordination of jet services.
