Eclipse Aviation and Hampson Aerospace, Inc. Resolve All Outstanding Disputes

Eclipse Aviation and Hampson Aerospace, Inc., reached a full and final settlement of all claims and disputes. This will result in the dismissal, with prejudice, of the complaints previously filed in litigation and arbitration between the parties. Hampson Aerospace, which produces the tail section of the Eclipse 500, filed a law suit against lead VLJ producer Eclipse Aviation, citing the company’s failure to make its required payments. Eclipse CEO Vern Raburn indicated that the issues not only involved supply problems but “severe quality issues.”
