10 Apr Oakland Calif. to Denver Colo. A300F4-605R of FEDEX Reg: N676FE Smoke in cockpit and main deck cargo fire light and audio on climb-out. Nil Ground emerg evac but R-1 slide failed to inflate. Attributed to glycol contamination of aircon packs.
10 Apr Anchorage AK DHC-6 of ERA Reg: N886EA Flt829 struck a parked service van while being marshaled. Nil Extensive outer left wing and flap repairs required.
11 Apr 2004Z Winnipeg Manitob Canadair CL600-2B19 of Air Canada A/c had to be towed off r/way after hyd fail fluid loss on runway run-up for takeoff. Nil Pump B surge valve seal blown.

03 May Novokruchinsky MI-26 of Russian Air Force Crashed while water-dropping on forest fire in Chita Region of Russian Far East during declared State of Emergency. 12 fatal / 12 on board Dead included 4 journalists. Water container cable became entangled in tail-rotor. MI-26 is world's heaviest helo (carries 20t).
03 May 0030L Atlanta Ga. MD-11 of Delta Flt: DAL128 Baggage cart hit and damaged #3 eng of parked aircraft. Nil / 237 Circumstances unknown.
03 May Orlando Sanford Intl A/P, Fla. 767 of Air 2000 32 yo Liverpool UK man arrested on arrival from UK for unlawful interference. Nil Pax was disruptive and abusive and refused to be seated for landing. Qualifies for 20 yr gaol term.

07 May 1810L Ft Lauderdale Fl. Learjet24D Reg: 306JA Clipped Mooney M20C wing during taxi on taxiway B. Nil Unknown degree of damage.
