08 Jul ~1300L Muncho Lake Airfield area BC DHC-6 Twin Otter 100 of Liard Air Reg: C-FAWC Crashed shortly after take off from the gravel airstrip resulting in the death of one elderly passenger. one dead + 3 injured / 5 onboard Headed Vancouver. At least three others received injuries in the accident.
