High heels puncture suspected.	5 inj incl F/O	A/c landed 34L with approx 15kt t/wind during post-curfew hour with idle reverse (any greater requiring paperwork submission). Carbon brake fire due to excess grease.

One 2yo child survived.	115 fatal / 116 on board	Airline refuted foreign minister statement that a/c had not been serviced for 5 years due to US trade embargo on parts.
